Chemical Cleaning


Over time, production residues, lime and other deposits will reduce the efficiency of your plant caused – among other things – by reduced heat transfer, reduced flow rates or corrosion. With plants steadily becoming more complex, mechanical cleaning is often not practicable or too expensive. Chemical cleaning is KOPSCHINA’s perfect alternative to mechanical cleaning. Using additives, we do not just tackle production backlogs but also remove all organic and non-organic residues sustainably. For this purpose, we will first examine a sample of the contamination in our laboratory. Depending on the result of this examination and the type of your plant and the type of contamination, we will select the most suitable additive exactly tailored to your needs as well as the right cleaning procedure. For this purpose we can choose from the circulation method, the counter-current process, the cascade procedure or the buoyancy method.

Then, KOPSCHINA will take care of the chemical cleaning and – as a matter of course – of the waste water coordination: First of all, we will treat the residues in order to dispose of them in compliance with statutory regulations either at your site or using external possibilities of disposal. It is a matter of course that we will always abide by legal regulations.
